How do Close ticket?

Follow the steps below to close a ticket.

1:1. OnceClick you are logged in, look for a "Support Ticket" option inon the menu. This is located in a drop-down menu undericon yourand username,click or it may be a separate tab inon the mainsupport menu.ticket.

2:  Click on the more icon and Click on the Close icon.

 

4: Click on the yes button.

Here, you can see the ticket was Deleted Successfully.
