Follow the steps below to create a site.
1: ClickOnce logged in, look for a "Server" and click on Server.it.
2. Click on the site.

3. You can click on Add NewSite Button to create a Site.
4. Fill in all fields and click on AddCreate NewSite button.
Here, you can see the site was created successfully.
